We launched with a single truck and a few units, and that hands-on approach hasn't changed. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust parked in my own driveway. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right, it falls on us, and we make it right that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
